Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
